There are several ways to price a script/drug in Minfos. You can set a fixed price, a fixed mark-up or set a drug to use specific options in the private pricing table. If there are no set prices against a drug, the script will be priced at the maximum PBS price* on the PBS website. There is also an option to Set and retain a Special Prescription Price for customers.
*If you opt to use the maximum allowable government fees.
We recommend you review your pricing configuration, dispense options and your private pricing table, refer to Manage Dispense Fees in Options, Dispense Pricing Configuration and Private Pricing Table before you set up your dispense pricing.
