The refresh rate for the PBS Online status panel display can be adjusted to suit your pharmacy's needs. The refresh rate works in conjunction with both the default PBS Rejection prompt and the visual alerts for PBS rejections (click here to learn more about visual alerts).

To adjust the refresh rate:

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Maintenance menu and select D. Configuration.

The Configuration window is displayed.

2. Click the Dispense/Customer tab.

3. From the PBS Online Status Panel Display section, enter the required time in seconds for each option listed.

4. Click OK to save.
