We are aware that Windows Updates KB5066835 and/or KB5065789 have affected the eRx adaptor resulting in pharmacies being unable to dispense eScripts. 

eRx has advised that Microsoft has release a worldwide Windows Cloud Repair Package that should rectify this issue. The package can automatically be applied by simply rebooting the affected computer.
