You can configure how long customer PDF attachments - such as discharge summaries and medication reviews - are retained in Minfos. 

Note    The default retention period is 36 months.
  1. From the Minfos Launch Pad, click Special.
  2. Select Utilities.

The Utilities module is displayed.

  1. Click Config and select 1. Shop Configuration.

The Shop Configuration window is displayed. 

  1. Click Customers. 
  2. In the Data Retention panel enter the required Retention Period in months.
  3. Click OK to save the change. 

Note    If a reduced Retention Period is entered a warning is displayed.        Click Yes to continue with the reduced period, or No to cancel the change.

The set Retention Period is displayed the Attachments tab within the Customer Editing window.
