What is Replenish?

Minfos Replenish is an innovative system that provides a real-time suggested replenishment order that is continually updated based on sales, stock movement and changes to product or supplier attributes.

Enable Replenish

Please contact Minfos Support to enable Replenish.

Launch Replenish

Note    The Replenish icon is only available after Replenish has been enabled for your pharmacy.

From the Minfos Launch Pad, click the Retail menu.
Select Replenish.

The Minfos Replenish window is displayed.

Note    Replenish can only be open on one station at a time. If Replenish is already open on another station in your pharmacy the Replenish locked error is displayed. Close Replenish on the specified station before reattempting to open Replenish on another station.

Minfos Replenish Window Overview

Refer to the image and table below for an explanation of the features in this window.

Reference	Description	Explanation
A	Supplier	This is your Preferred supplier of the product.
B	PDE	This is your Preferred supplier’s PDE.
C	SOH	This is your current stock on hand.
D	ROB SOH	This is the current stock on hand in the robot. Note This column is only displayed for pharmacies that have robotics enabled.
E	Order Qty	This is the quantity on the order.
F	Manual Action	Icons are displayed if the Order Qty has been manually adjusted or the product removed from the suggested order.
G	Buying Deal Name	This is the name of the Buying Deal available for the product. If a Buying Deal is not available for the product, this field is empty.
H	Unit	This is the Unit Cost of the product.
I	Total	This is the Total Cost for the Order Qty.
J	Supplier Information	This panel displays supplier specific information for the selected product.
K	Buying Deal Information	This panel displays Buying Deal information for the selected product, if available.
L	Sales and Purchases	Line graph displays last 12 months of Sales and Purchase history.
M	Yellow cell colour	Shows that the product has been manually adjusted - either manually added or the Order Qty edited.
N	Grey cell colour	Shows that the product has been deleted from the Replenish window.
O	Add	Manually add a product to the Replenish order. Search for then Add a product by: Product Description MNPN (use * prefix) PDE (use / prefix) Preferred Supplier PDE (use . prefix) Refer to Add a product to the Replenish window.
P	Search	Search for a product in the Replenish window. Search by: Product Description MNPN (use * prefix) PDE (use / prefix) Preferred Supplier PDE (use . prefix)
Q	Issue Order	Create and issue an order containing all products with the selected supplier that are displayed in the Replenish window. Issued orders must be manually sent to the supplier by your usual process. Refer to Issue a Replenish order.
R	Submit Order	Create and electronically transmit an order containing all products with the selected supplier that are displayed in the Replenish window. Refer to Submit a Replenish order.
S	Close	Exit the Replenish window.

Right-click Shortcut Actions

You can perform actions against a product in the Minfos Replenish window.

Right-click on the relevant product to launch the Shortcut Actions menu.

Refer to the image and table below for an explanation of each Shortcut Action.

Reference	Description	Explanation
A	Apply suggested qty …	Reverts the Order Qty to the quantity suggested by Replenish. This option is available when the suggested order quantity has been manually adjusted.
B	Delete	Click Delete to remove the selected product from the Replenish window. The Delete Product window is displayed. Select/enter a Reason for the deletion, then click Save. The Order Qty of the product is changed to zero and the Suggested product deleted icon is displayed. The cell colour for the deleted product is grey.
C	Generic	Displays the Generic Drug Listing window for the selected product. This window is not available for non-drug products. Refer to View generics for a selected product while editing an order.
D	Stock Card	Displays the selected product’s stock card.
E	Product Info	Displays the Product Info window. Product Info can be added, removed or edited in this window. Refer to Add information notes to products.
F	Sales	Displays the Product Sales Enquiry window
G	Purchases	Displays the Product Purchases Enquiry window
H	Supplier	Displays the Supplier Product Editing window
I	Help	Click 1. Knowledge Base to access help articles on the Minfos Help Centre. Click About Replenish to view the application version number.
	Legend	Launches the Legend window This window displays the meaning of the icons and font colours used in the Replenish window.
