You can adjust the default search option from Member ID to Phone # when using Find Member at the Till.

Note: If you are a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy this configuration option is already selected.

From the Minfos Launch Pad:

1. Click the Special menu and select Utilities.

The Utilities module is displayed.

2. Click the Config menu and select 1. Shop Configuration.

The Shop Configuration window is displayed.

3. Click the Till tab.

4. Check the Default search Phone # checkbox.

5. Click OK to save.

6. Close out of the Till module on all workstations, you can re-open it immediately.

The Find member window will now default to Phone #.
