You can view an eScript from eRx as an .xml file, which can be helpful if you need additional information or clarification. You can view the raw data using the browser on your workstation.

To view the xml file from Minfos

1. Click the XML tab on the eScript Details window.

If your station is configured correctly, the eScript .xml is displayed in your browser or other chosen program.

2. If your computer displays the prompt How do you want to open this file?.

3. Select your browser (e.g. Google Chrome) from the list of programs.

4. Tick the checkbox Always use this app to open .xml files.

5. Click OK.

The file is displayed in your chosen browser.

If you have downloaded the .xml file to your workstation

1. Navigate to the file location.

2. Right click on the .xml file.

3. Navigate to Open with and select the browser or text editing software you wish to use.

4. If prompted again, select your desired program, tick the Always use this app to open .xml files checkbox, and click OK

5. Double click the .xml file.

The file is displayed in the chosen program.
