There is a configuration option to only show drugs marked as stocked in the Possible Matches Found/Generic Drug Listing windows . If this option is selected only items flagged as Stocked (Reorder) in the stock card will be displayed when dispensing. You may also want to Check your Drug Search setting.

To adjust your configuration

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Maintenance menu and select D. Configuration.

The Configuration window is displayed.

2. Click the Dispense/Customer tab.

3. Check or uncheck the Show Stocked Drugs only checkbox.4. Click OK to save.
