|The PIC Passphrase is out of date.||The PIC is only valid for 30 days from when the NASH Certificate was requested.|
If 30 days has lapsed call the HPOS Help Desk on 1800 723 471 to recover your PIC.
|Error while communicating with Midas message is displayed when attempting to install the NASH Certificate.||This may indicate that there is a block on the server's port to Midas due to a firewall. |
In this case, it is recommended to do the installation on a workstation instead.
