The Add Patient on Search Fail configuration controls which window is displayed when you search for a customer in the Dispense Form that cannot be found in your database.
When enabled, the Add Patient on Search Fail configuration will automatically display the Customer Entry window when you manually search for a patient in the Dispense Form that cannot be found in your database.When the Add Patient on Search Fail configuration is not enabled and you search for a customer in the Dispense Form that cannot be found in your database, the Customer Search Window is displayed and you are required to click Add to add a new customer.
Change the Add Patient on Search configuration
1. Navigate to the Dispense module.
2. Click Configuration.
The Configuration window is displayed.
3. Click Dispense/Customer.
4. In the Customer panel, check/uncheck Add Patient on Search Fail as required.5. Click OK to save.
You are returned to the Dispense module.
