You can disable Dispense prompts for expired Medicare Cards:

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Maintenance menu and select D. Configuration.

The Configuration window is displayed.

2. Click the Dispense/Customer tab.

3. From the Customer section, un-check the Prompt for Expired Medicare Card checkbox.

4. Click OK to save.

The Dispense Form will no longer prompt when a patient's Medicare Card has an expired date in your database.
