The Detailed PBS Online Claim Report shows all of the successful transactions in the selected claim that were sent to Medicare. This report can be used to identify any discrepancies between the estimated rebate and the actual rebate you received from Medicare.

To run a Detailed PBS Online Claim Report:

1. From the Manage Claims window, click the claim for which you want to run a Detailed PBS Online Claim Report, to highlight it.

2. In the PBS Reports groupbox click PBS Detail.

The PBS Online Detailed Claim Report window is displayed.

3. Click the:

• Show All Records option button, to show all of the scripts in the claim that were sent to Medicare.
• Show only with % difference option button, to only show the scripts where the discrepancy between the actual rebate and the estimated rebate is greater than a specified percentage.
   Enter the required percentage in the text box.
• Show only with $ value difference option button, to only show the scripts where the discrepancy between the actual rebate and the estimated rebate is greater than a specified dollar value.
   Enter the required dollar value in the text box.

4. Click Okay.

 The report is displayed.
