You can print a Certification of Supply form, to file the form with the claim paperwork (for audit purposes).
To print a Certification of Supply form:
1. From the Manage Claims window, click the claim for which you want to print a Certification of Supply form.
2. In the Claim Process group box, click Supply Cert.
Displayed is the:
- Certification of Supply form.
- Interim Certification of Supply form - for claims that are still open.
3. Click Print, to print the form.
