When you have finished editing a script in the claim, the script is automatically re-transmitted to PBS. If the transmission fails for any reason - for example, your internet connection fails - then you can manually re-transmit the script.

To manually re-transmit a script to PBS:

1. In the Edit Claim window, click the script that you have finished editing, to highlight it.

2. Click ReTransmit.

The Pharmacy Processing Code window is displayed. The pharmacy processing code, "00", is shown by default.

3. Click Okay to re-transmit the script to Medicare.
