This option enables the use of the Minfos customer profile to prefill the Add member window where the customer exists in Minfos.

Once configured: 

  • If the customer is already selected at the Till e.g. via a script or the Select Customer option, and they wish to sign up for your loyalty program, when you click Add Member the Add Member consent prompt is displayed. Click OK and the customer’s details are pre-populated in the Add member window 
  • If a customer is not pre-selected at the Till, from the Add member window, click the new Select Customer option. The Minfos Customer Search Window is displayed, select the appropriate customer. The Add Member consent prompt is displayed. Click OK and the Add member window is updated and displays the relevant customer information from your Minfos database e.g. Mobile number, Email, Title, First Name, Surname, Address and DOB 
Note: If you are a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy this configuration option is already selected, refer to Add a Loyalty member to learn how to use this feature.

From the Minfos Launch Pad:

1. Click the Special menu and select Utilities.

The Utilities module is displayed.

2. Click the Config menu and select 1. Shop Configuration.

The Shop Configuration window is displayed.

3. Click the Till tab.

4. Check the Prefill Add Member dialog checkbox.

5. Click OK to save.

6. Close out of the Till module on all workstations, you can re-open it immediately.

The Add member window will now display Select Customer.
