The AR (Accounts Receivable) Copy Salespersons function allows you to copy a range of salespersons to another Business.

From the Receivables module:

1. Navigate to the Maintenance menu and select 4. Salespersons.

The Salesperson Maintenance window is displayed. 2. Click Copy.

The A.R. Salespersons Copy window is displayed.

3. Enter the range of Salespersons you wish to copy in the From and To Salesperson fields.

4. Enter the Business you want to copy the salespersons from in the From Business field.

5. Enter the Business you want to copy the salespersons to in the To Business field.

6. Click Okay.

The specified Salespersons are copied and the A.R. Salesperson Copy window is closed automatically.
