The Minfos Master Database team are provided with product list information from the direct suppliers listed below. Reduce time spent adding new products to your database by subscribing to updates provided by any suppliers you order from on this list. Refer to Automatic Direct Supplier MNPN updates to learn how to subscribe to an update.
Note: Some suppliers provide their Recommended Retail Prices to Minfos. Minfos does not maintain these RRP’s on behalf of the supplier, it is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure the information provided to Minfos is correct. Refer to Set up Supplier RRP price policy for more information.
A supplier is maintained by the Minfos database when:
- Minfos stores have requested the products to be added to Minfos Master Database
- The supplier file contains 20 or more products
- The supplier makes all the required information available to the database team
- The supplier regularly provides file updates
Note MNPN updates do not update the GST flags on products that are already in your database. You must review the GST flags of new products added to your database, and update if required.
