Dispense

Add customer button is unavailable during eScript dispensing

From Minfos 8.4.2, the Add customer button is not available to select after the customer matching process has been completed when dispensing or editing an eScript. This change ensures that the eScript is dispensed to the customer that was selected/added in the customer matching process.

A screenshot of a computer AI-generated content may be incorrect.

The Add button remains available for non-eScripts.


Resolved Issues

Dispense
  1. The date and time will now be updated when re-queueing scripts to the Quick Dispense Queue.
  2. It is now possible to print a copy of the eScript directly to the printer.
Customers
  1. Customers statements for customers who have quotation marks (“) in the First Name or Surname fields will no longer fail to send via email.
Warehouse
  1. Changing an item Quantity from 0 in a Sales Order will now display the correct price and will no longer result in a large negative value.
