The Minimum Order Threshold Audit Report tracks and displays any modifications to the Minimum Order Threshold set for a Company or Supplier within a specified date range. It provides clear visibility into the changes, including the date and time of the modification and the user responsible for the change.
To run the report:
- From Stock Manager, click Ordering and select 2. Minimum Order Thresholds. Alternatively, from Order Editing, click Min. Order Thresholds.
The Minimum Order Thresholds window is displayed.
- Click Select View and select either Supplier or Company.
- Select the relevant Supplier/Company. If required, click Find and search for the Supplier/Company by Name or Code.
- Click MOT Audit.
The Minimum Order Threshold Audit Report window is displayed.
- Specify the Starting Date and Ending Date to report on. The default date range is the last 30 days.
- In the Report Options panel, select the change types to report on.
- Status
- Edit $ Value
- Edit Quantity
- Edit Note
By default, all change types are included.
- Click OK to run the report.
The Minimum Order Threshold Audit Report is displayed.
