View transactions made by a specified clerk or salesperson within a given date range in the Clerk Sales Enquiry window. Filter the results to display certain transaction types (eg. Returns) if required.
From the Retail Till module:
1. Click Enquiry.
2. Select 6. Clerk Sales Enquiry.
The Clerk Sales Enquiry window is displayed.
3. Enter the relevant Clerk ID or Name in the Clerk field and press [Tab].
4. If required, select the relevant Clerk in the Clerk Search window and click Okay.
The Clerk Sales Enquiry window is displayed.
5. By default, the date range displayed is the current calendar month. If required, update the date range in the From Date and To Date fields.
6. Select a particular transaction type from the Trans. Type dropdown.
Choose from:
- All Sales (default)
- Sales
- Return
- Payment
- Lay By
- Lay By Pay
- Cash Out
- Dispense
- Warehouse
- Account Sales
7. Click Okay.
The relevant transactions are displayed in the Clerk Sales Enquiry window.
8. To view the details of a specific transaction, select the transaction and click Enquire.
The Sale Detail Enquiry window is displayed.
