You can retrieve and view the MySL Activation Code for a patient with an active ASL. This code is used for Assisted Registration to MySL.

The MySL Activation Code can be retrieved in both the Dispense Form or the eQueue – Add to eQueue window.

In either the Dispense Form or eQueue – Add to eQueue window:

1. Select a patient; ensure the pharmacy has access to their ASL. For further details see Request Access to a Registered Patient's ASL.
2. a. In the Dispense Form, click ASL View, or

b. In the eQueue – Add to eQueue window click View ASL.

3. The Active Script List window is displayed.

4. Click Retrieve MySL Activation Code.

If the retrieval is successful, the MySL Activation Code is downloaded from MySL and displayed in the Active Script List window.

The code is saved and will be permanently displayed in the Active Script List window for the selected customer.

If the retrieval is unsuccessful the below Error is displayed.

5. Manually note down or highlight and copy the MySL Activation Code to provide to the customer.
