This report will print a history of all scripts dispensed to patients that are set up in a Hospital in your database. Patients need to be in the Hospital in your database before you dispense a script to display in the this report.
Note: If you dispense a script to a patient and then assign them to the Hospital in your database, they will not display on this report. However you can edit the script, no changes are required, save and process the script and then the scripts will be displayed in this report.
From the Dispense Pro module:
1. Click the Reports menu and select 7. Hospitals.
Tip: This report can also be run from the Dispense Reporting module. Click the Others menu and select 1. Hospitals.
The Hospital Dispensing Report window is displayed
2. Enter the required Hospital code and press [Tab]. You can also enter the Hospital name and press [Tab], the Hospital Search Window is displayed. Highlight the required hospital and click Okay.
3. Enter the required Starting Date and Ending Date.
4. Click the Format dropdown and choose one of the following options
- 0. All Scripts in Dispensed Order - default option
- 1. All Government Scripts
- 2. General Scripts
- 3. Concessional Scripts
- 4. Repatriation Scripts
- 5. Entitlement Scripts
- 6. Doctor's Bag Scripts
5. Check the Detailed checkbox, if required.
6. Check the Display Trans #, if required.
7. Click Okay to run the report.
