There are times when a product exists in the Head Office Multi-store database, that does not exist in slave store's database. You can publish that product out to all of your pharmacies without having to make a change to the stock card. The product is then immediately (i.e. this method will bypass the Products Pending Release function) published to your pharmacies. The product's stock card and all supplier cards will be published to slave stores.

From the Head Office Product Maintenance:

1. Find and highlight the product.

2. Click Z. Publish.

The Product Snapshot prompt is displayed.

3. Click OK to publish the product now, or click Cancel.

4. The product will be published to all slave stores in 'real time'.
