A list of Centralised Customer Accounts can be viewed from pharmacies enrolled in Centralised Customer Accounts:
- If you are part of a Multi-store group but not enrolled you can not access this list
- If you are at Head Office you cannot access this list
To view a list of linked Centralised Customer Accounts:
From the Customer Management module:
1. Click the Enquire menu and select 1. Customer Enquiry.
The Customer Enquiry window is displayed.
2. Check the Linked to Account checkbox.
The Customer Enquiry window is updated to display only customers who are linked to a Centralised Customer Account.
3. The window can be further filtered based on the status of the account. Click the Account Status dropdown and select from:
- Active
- Inactive
- Suspended
