The Script Enquiry window enables you to find scripts that match particular criteria. 

To access the Script Enquiry window

You can access the Script Enquiry window from several locations. Either:

  • From the Dispense Pro module, click the Script Enquiry icon, or

  • From the Dispense Form, either 
    • click Rx Done, or
    • click Full History f4 to filter by the currently selected patient

b. PatientEnter the patient's name or code.
c. DrugEnter the drug name, product or bar code.
d. GenericEnter the generic name or code.
e. PharmacistEnter the pharmacist name, ID or code.
f. DoctorEnter the doctor name, ID or code.
g. FacilitySelect the facility type (i.e. Nursing Home, Hospital or Third Party) from the dropdown menu, then search by the facility name, ID or code.
h. Drug Scan Check statusClick the drop-down and select from:
  • All scripts (default) - All scripts dispensed will display regardless of their scan check status.
  • Successful - Only successfully scan checked scripts will display.
  • Not scanned - Only scripts that have not been scan checked will display.
  • Incorrect - Only scripts that were incorrectly scan checked will display.
  • Exempt - Only scripts exempt from scan checking will display.
i. Script typeClick the drop-down and select from:
  • All scripts (default) - All script types display.
  • eScripts only - Only eScripts will display.
  • Paper scripts only - Only paper scripts will display.
j. Deleted scriptsClick the drop-down and select from:
  • Dispensed scripts only - Only dispensed scripts will display. No deleted scripts are included.
  • Include deleted and retained scripts (default) - Shows dispensed scripts and deleted scripts, where the history has been retained.
  • Included deleted scripts - Shows dispensed scripts, and both deleted scripts where the history has or has not been retained.
  • Show all deleted scripts only - Shows only deleted scripts where the history has or has not been retained.
  • Show retained deleted scripts only - Shows only deleted scripts where the history has been retained.
  • Show deleted not retained scripts only - Shows only deleted scripts where the history has not been retained.
k. My Health Record statusClick the drop-down and select from:
  • All scripts (default) - All scripts dispensed will display regardless of their My Health Record status.
  • No status - Only scripts where there is no My Health Record status will display.
  • Uploaded - Only uploaded scripts will display.
  • Failed upload - Only scripts where they failed to upload will display.
  • Waiting - Only scripts that are waiting to upload to the patient’s My Health Record will display.
  • Removed - Only scripts that have been removed from a My Health Record will display.
l. Outstanding owing scripts onlyDisplay only outstanding owing scripts.
m. Outstanding repeats onlyDisplay only scripts with outstanding repeats. 
n. Scripts waiting at till onlyDisplay only scripts waiting at till.
o. CTGDisplay only scripts dispensed as Closing the Gap scripts.
p. CMPDisplay only scripts dispensed under the Continuing Medication Program (for homeless people).
q. Disabled scripts onlyDisplay only disabled eScripts (including items from an eNRMC).
r. NRMC onlyDisplay only NRMC scripts. To view only eNRMC scripts, also click the Script Type dropdown and select eScripts only.
s. PrevView previous page of scripts.
t. NextView next page of scripts.
u. EnquireOpen the Script Detail Enquiry window with further information about the highlighted script.
 
v. Find Search for a script on the current Script Enquiry window by
  • Script Number
  • Serial Number and Claim
  • Dispense Date and Daily Script Number


w. SpecialOpen the Script Options window.
x. MedsIndexView the MedsIndex Summary window. See MedsIndex 
y. PrintGenerate and print the Script Enquiry Report.
z. CancelExit the Script Enquiry window.

Right click anywhere on the window to display the Legend:
