This report will display the account balances for customers who are a member of the specified club.

From Customer Management:

1. Click the Reports menu, click B. Clubs and select 3. Club Balances

The Club Balances Report window is displayed.

a. Enter the Club number required to be reported on.

b. Check the Include Zero Balance Accounts to display customers with a current balance of 0.00

c. Check the Exclude Laybys checkbox to exclude any customer balances with products currently on layby.

2. Click Okay to run the report.
