From Customers Management:

1. Click the Maintenance menu, and select 3. Loyalty Points.

The Loyalty Maintenance window is displayed. 

2. Find and highlight the required customer.

3. Click Change. 

The Customer Loyalty Point Editing screen is displayed.

4. Highlight the sale/transaction that is needs to be edited and click Change.

The Loyalty Point Editing window is displayed.

5. Enter the New Sale Points. New Sale Points - Current Sale Points = Adjustment to be added to the customer's points. 

5. Click Okay to apply the adjustment.

The Adjustment will be displayed as a new entry.

6. Click Cancel to close the Customer Loyalty Point Editing window.
