The Minfos software includes a comprehensive range of reports covering both the dispensary and front of shop activities.

Generally speaking, pharmacy reporting is performed by the pharmacy owner or pharmacist in charge.  Reporting is usually not included in the duties of a newly hired or locum pharmacist.

However there are 3 reports that may be useful to all dispensary staff. 

These are:

• Uncollected Scripts report - easily view and reconcile scripts that have not yet been sold at the till
• Owing Scripts report - view details of scripts that have been dispensed as owing
• Drug Usage report - see the usage of each drug during a specified date range. This report may be helpful to create replenishment orders if the pharmacy is not using Minfos order generation.
