The Minfos Help Centre is your first point of connection with Minfos. Here you can:

  • Access documentation on all aspects of Minfos
  • Place a support request

Your Minfos Help Centre login is your store email address. Your activation email will be provided at the time of installation. Please update your pharmacy information and password in your profile.

To access the Minfos Help Centre, type help.minfos.com.au into your browser or click the Minfos Help Centre icon on the Minfos Launchpad. You can also call us on 1300 887 418.

Standard support

Standard support calls logged outside of our standard support hours are actioned on the next business day.

Weekdays and Victorian Public Holidays

  • 8:00am to 8.00pm EST

Examples of standard calls:

  • Issues with printing reports
  • General questions about using the Minfos software
  • Enquiries about software updates
  • Supplier ordering and invoice collection

Emergency support

Emergency support is designed to respond to situations in which your Minfos system becomes unusable, or your business is severely impacted. Emergency calls are responded to by the next available support team member (usually within 15 - 30 minutes as per the Service Level Agreement).

These hours are extended from the standard support hours as follows:

  • 8:00am to 5.00pm EST 

Sunday

  • 8:00am to 12:00pm EST

Examples of emergency calls:

  • Server outages causing impact to Minfos
  • You cannot use the Minfos system on any of your computers
  • You cannot dispense
