A pharmacist can be marked as inactive when they no longer require access to dispense, for example, when the pharmacist no longer works in the pharmacy.
To mark a pharmacist as inactive, open Pharmacist Maintenance
1. Highlight the required pharmacist from the list and click Change.
- If you see the Access Denied prompt, the User logged into Minfos does not have the required access. See the Authorising access to Pharmacist Maintenance article.
2. Un-check the Active check box.
3. Click OK to save.
Note A de-activated pharmacist cannot be selected on the Dispense Form. They remain in the system for historic reference and reporting purposes. To view all pharmacists, including de-activated pharmacists, select List All, on the Pharmacist Maintenance window.
