Open Pharmacist Maintenance:

Note A User ID with Admin access to Pharmacist Maintenance is required to reset a password. 

1. Highlight the pharmacist entry and click Change.

The Pharmacist Editing window is displayed.

2. Click Reset Password.

The Authorise Access prompt is displayed.

3. Enter a User I.D and Password that has Admin security access set.

The Pharmacist Password window is displayed.

4. Enter your new password into both fields; ensure your password meets the criteria displayed.

5. Click Update to save the password.

The Pharmacist Editing window is displayed.

6. Click OK to save and close.
