To set a password for an existing pharmacist who does not meet the minimum password criteria:

From Pharmacist Maintenance

1. Highlight the required pharmacist from the list and click Change.

The Warning prompt is displayed.

2. Click Update Now.

The Pharmacist Password window is displayed.

3. Click OK on the Pharmacist Editing window.

Each Pharmacist will need to set their own password.
