If you wish to cancel a sent pack run you will need to contact DoseAid for their approval.

If the pack run was performed by clicking the Export file and Update the VPB button, you can return stock back to the VPB by clicking the Reverse Pack Run button on the Audits Pack Run History window.

The Cycle Start Date will not be updated. If the pack run is to be repeated, a custom date range pack run should be performed using the dates of the cancelled pack run.
