When dispensing a deferred script, the number of packs delivered is “0” by default as you are not yet supplying the drug to the customer.

To dispense a deferred script:

1. From the Dispense Form, scan in the script or enter the script details.

The pk button displays the number of packs that will be delivered for the script quantity.

2. Check the Deferred Script checkbox.

By default, the pk button displays “0”.

3. Save and process the script.

No packs are delivered from the robot.
