Minfos does not automatically remove a product from your robotic drugs database when the product’s stock on hand is “0”. Therefore, when you no longer want to store the product in the robot you can manually remove a selected product and barcode from your robotic drugs database.

Make sure the product is no longer in your robot before deleting it from your robotic drugs database. If the product is still in your robot, the next time you open the Robotic Drugs Maintenance Window the product will be automatically added back into the list.

To remove a product from your robotic drugs database

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Dispense menu and select Robotic Drugs Database.

The Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window is displayed.

2. Highlight the required product. Make sure the stock on hand is “0”.

3. Click Delete.

The product is removed from your robotic drugs database.
