Discounts can be configured, named and applied to a sale from the Till Discounts buttons. To set up a Reportable Discount refer to Set up a Reportable Discount.
From the Till module:
1. Enter the Clerk Code.
2. Scan items into the sales basket.
3. Select the Discounts button.
The Reportable Discounts window is displayed. In this example, a discount names Centre Discount has been set up.
4. Select the Centre Discount button.
The discount is then applied to the sales basket.
Reportable discounts work the same as the general discount buttons in the Till, whereby once added to the sales basket, if another discount button is selected then the last discount is applied.
