This report allows you to review a range of till exceptions and transaction types. The Till Exceptions report will provide the transaction details of one or multiple selected exceptions & transactions.
Use this report to assist with reconciling stock for refunds and cancel mode (exchanges) and to assist with reviewing customer account limits, or any other in-store processes for sales transactions and staff permissions.
Exception & Transaction types
The Till Exceptions Report can identify one or more of the following exceptions & transactions:

Run the report
From Retail Till:
1. Click the Reports menu.
2. Click B. Till Exception Report.
The Till Exception Report window is displayed.
3. Enter the required From Date and To Date.
4. Adjust the Starting Time and Ending Time if required. Default times come from Shop Configuration.
5. Select the appropriate Exceptions & Transactions or check the Select All checkbox.
6. Check the Authorised Transactions Only checkbox, to view only transactions authorised by a supervisor.
7. Click Okay to run the report.
In the example below the exceptions & transactions selected were Sales Returns, Cancel Mode and Void Sales.
