Step by Step Instructions
The following process will need to be completed for each pharmacy your store will transfer stock to.
1. From Stock Manager, click the Maintenance menu and select 4.A.R. Customers.
The Customer Maintenance window is displayed.
2. Ensure that the required customer does not already exist.
3. Click Add.
4. The A. R. Customer Entry window is displayed, with the Details tab active.
A. In the Code text box, enter a code that will represent the customer.
Note: You can enter a maximum of 11 characters. If you are part of a Multistore Group, use MST plus the stores business code (this will allow for electronic stock transfers).
B. In the Name text box, enter the pharmacy's full business name.
C. In the Street text box, enter the pharmacy's street address.
D. In the Suburb text box, enter the suburb in which the pharmacy is located.
E. Click Find to pre-fill the State and Postcode or;
F. In the State text box, enter the state in which the pharmacy is located.
G. In the Postcode text box, enter the pharmacy's postcode
H. In the A.B.N. text box, enter the pharmacy's ABN.
I. In the Contact text box, enter the name of a contact person, if required.
J. In the Phone No. text box, enter the pharmacy's phone number.
K. In the Fax No. text box, enter the pharmacy's fax number, if required.
L. In the Email Address text box, enter the pharmacy’s email address.
M. Check the Email Statement check box so the statement can be emailed. If the Email Statement check box is not available, please see Set up email statements.
N. Click the Category 1 drop down box and select P. Pharmacy.
O. Click OK to save the AR Customer.
5. Click Cancel to close the A.R. Customer Entry window.
6. Click Cancel to close the Customer Maintenance window.
