1. Click Print All. Alternatively, you can press [Ctrl or Shift] plus use your mouse to highlight multiple products displayed on the Label Queue window and click Print.
The Print Queued Product Labels window is displayed.
2. Use the controls on the Print Queued Product Labels window to specify the labels you want to print.
a. In the Label Type dropdown, select the label template required to be printed
b. Show Asterisk on Multiple Labels - Deselect this checkbox if you don’t want to print a small asterisk (*) on the shelf labels of any product that has more than one shelf label queued.
The following diagram shows an example of a shelf label that includes the asterisk.
You can use this asterisk to identify products that are stocked in multiple locations.
If the label queue contains products that have more than one shelf label queued, the Show Asterisk on Multiple Labels checkbox is selected by default. The asterisk is only printed on the labels of those products that have more than one shelf label in the queue.
This checkbox is not available if the label queue does not contain any products that have more than one shelf label queued.
c. The Show Prices checkbox is selected, by default. Deselect this checkbox if you don’t want to print recommended retail prices on the labels.
3. Click Okay to print the selected labels.
The Print Options window is displayed.
If required you can click Change to change the printer.
Click Select to chose the label printing position.
4. Click Start to and your labels will begin printing.
Alternatively, click Cancel to discard your changes and go back to the Label Queue window.
