Shown below are error messages that may be displayed from within Minfos.

1 | Invalid Mobile Number | An invalid mobile phone number has been entered.

2 | Response Message (UNAUTHORIZED) | Attempting to send an SMS message either from customer maintenance or dispense form
| Invalid credentials or the ClickSend account is not active | Contact Minfos Support.

3 | Response Message (INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT) | Attempting to send an SMS message either from customer maintenance or dispense form
| Insufficient credit exists in the ClickSend main account.

4 | Please check that Midas is enabled and try again | Attempting to send an SMS message either from customer maintenance or dispense form
| Midas is disabled | 1. Open the Minfos Server window and check for log messages such as “Midas disabled” or “Midas error”. 2. Save any changes in Minfos and exit from Minfos. 3. Click the Down button on the Minfos Server window then restart. 4. Check the Minfos Server window log again for confirmation that Midas is working, i.e. “Midas enabled”. 5. If error messages persist, please call Minfos Support.
