If you encounter one of the common issues listed below please check the solutions before contacting Minfos support for assistance.

As a head office store, my slave store’s publications are not showing in Subscriptions / My slave store is not listed as a Subscriber in Publications.

If your slave store’s publications are not available in Subscriptions, or a slave store is not appearing in the subscriber list in Publications, ensure that:

  • Your slave store has been enabled for Update Manager by Minfos. If your slave store has not been enabled (does not show update manager icon), log a call with Minfos support, requesting that your store be set up for Update Manager.

Please ensure your computer system meets the minimum hardware requirements for Update Manager. Please refer to the Minfos System Requirements.


I am a head office and I am not receiving data from my slave store

If you are not receiving data from your slave store, ensure that:

  • Your Minfos server is running.
  • You are subscribed to all four of your slave store’s publications, click here for instructions. If you have accidentally unsubscribed from your slave store’s publications, please log a call with Minfos support. 
  • Your internet is connected.


Update Manager is not subscribing to a publication  

Update Manager may take up to five minutes to subscribe to any publications. If Update Manager has not subscribed the actioned publications after this period, ensure that:

  • Your Minfos server is running.
  • Your internet is connected.
  • Midas is enabled and running.


Slave store: I am not receiving data from my head office

If you are not receiving data from your head office, ensure that:

  • Your Minfos server is running.
  • You are subscribed to your head office product publication, click here for more information.
  • Your internet is connected.
  • Minfos Gateway is registered.
  • Midas is enabled and running.

Midas is also used for other Minfos functions, for example, electronic DD register integrations and branded loyalty systems. If these functions are currently running without any issues, this means your Midas is enabled. If you do not use these Minfos functions and are unsure of how to check if Midas is enabled, log a call with Minfos support.
