Refer to your Multi-store Head Office before Using the Multi-store Inbox.

Open the Inbox by clicking the Inbox icon.

Refer to the image below for the following features:  


1. Search for an event by:

Search

Keywords

Product Name

Enter the initial letters from a word within the product name.

For example, searching for “DOL” will return “24Pk Dolased Forte Tab 40.” However, it will not return “Panadol 24.”

Product Number

The product number.

MNPN

The MNPN number.


2. Filter events by:

Use the date picker or enter a date up to 100 days before the current date.

This cannot be set to a future date.

 Events can also be filtered by the various event types contained in the Events drop down box:

URGENT: Duplicate Barcode 

Primary or alternate barcode taken from an actively traded product. 

If, during an update at a slave store, a barcode for Product A is already used by Product B, the barcode will be assigned to Product A. This will produce a duplicate barcode event that will be logged in the Inbox for review and action.

Product B will be assigned an alternate barcode (if it exists) or an auto generated new barcode will be assigned.  This new barcode will become the product’s primary barcode.

URGENT: Duplicate PDE

PDE taken from an actively traded product. 

URGENT: Retail Price Changed

Changes to actively traded product retail price applied from the head office pricing tier. These products are added to the Label Queue in Stock Manager.

Duplicate Barcode

Primary or alternate barcode taken from a product that is not an actively traded product. 

Duplicate PDE

PDE taken from another product that is not an actively traded product. 

Retail Price Changed

Changes to a not stocked product retail price applied from the head office pricing tier.

MNPN Changed 

MNPN assigned or updated on a product. 

Product Added

A new Product has been added.

Product Delete Failed

Product not deleted due to historical information after head office actioned the delete.

The products that are deleted from head office and get deleted from slave do not get listed under the events.

Drug Fixed Price Changed

Changes to fixed price for drugs applied from head office change. This change is applied automatically, updating the price and removing the markup flag.

Unknown AR Product code

The AR Product Code assigned to the product from Head Office does not exist in the store database.

3. To apply a filter, click the Apply Filter button.

4. Tick the Event checkbox to mark the specific event as actioned.

  • When an event is ticked, the filter option and page navigations are disabled until the Inbox is refreshed or the Apply button is clicked.
  • You will be prompted to save your changes if you attempt to close the Inbox or refresh data without saving.

5. Product stock cards can be opened directly from Inbox by clicking the product line to select and clicking the Stockcard button [Alt+T].

Product stock on hand can be edited in the Inbox by selecting a product line and clicking the Edit Qty button [Alt+Q]. The Product Stock on Hand Edit window will then be displayed and SOH changes can be made and saved.

Product merges can be made from the Inbox by selecting a product line and clicking the Merge Products button [Alt + M]. The selected product’s details will populate the Master product fields in the Merge window. A Slave product can then be selected from the merge window using the normal process.

Only action a merge from the Inbox if advised to do so from your Group Head Office Administrator. 

Click the Save button to save the changes.

Or

Click the Cancel button to exit the window without saving changes.

6. The Export button allows the current search results to be exported to an Excel file.
