A head office can unsubscribe from slave store publications. For example, if you are subscribed to the publications from a slave store that is no longer part of your Multi-store group.

Before unsubscribing from a slave store’s publications, log a call with Minfos support to remove the Multi-store setting for the slave store that is no longer part of your group.

To unsubscribe from the publications of a slave store:

1. From the Subscriptions window, search for the relevant slave store.

2. Select all of the publications.

3. Click the Unsubscribe button. The following prompt is displayed.

4. Click Unsubscribe on the prompt to unsubscribe from all of the slave store’s publications.

The status of the publications will show Pending and change to Not subscribed when the process is complete.

Unsubscribed publications will continue to display in your publications list.
