After you scan the customer’s Loyalty card, the process of invoicing the sale to a customer’s account is the same as for a non-Loyalty sale.

Customers can Earn Loyalty Currency on the initial sale (the sale that you invoice to their account). They cannot use Loyalty Currency to make account payments.

In order to invoice a Loyalty sale to a customer’s account, the customer must be set up in your Minfos Customer Management module, and must have an existing account.

To invoice a Loyalty sale to a customer’s account:

1. Scan the customer’s Loyalty card during the sale.

2. Follow your current process for invoicing to a customer’s account.
