1. Enter your Clerk Code in the Till.
2. Scan the customer’s Loyalty card, or enter the customer’s Loyalty card number in the Product text box on the till.
The Add Member button is updated to display Edit Member.
3. Press Edit Member and the customer’s membership details are displayed.The Edit member window is displayed.4. Edit the customer’s details as required (enter the non-abbreviated street type as described here) and press Enter. Address validation will occur whenever member details are edited.
The Valid Address Selection window is displayed.5. Select a valid address from the list of suggestions or select Match not found, continue if the address you require is not displayed.
6. Press Enter.
