1. On the Minfos Launch Pad, click the Special menu and select Utilities.
2. Click the Config menu, then click 1. Shop Configuration.
The Shop Configuration window is displayed.
3. Click the Customers tab.
4. Highlight the product number of the charge you want to remove, then press [Delete], and then press [Tab].
If the charge is linked to an account customer, the Service prompt is displayed.
- Yes, to delete the additional account charge from Minfos and from any linked account customers. The additional account charge is deleted.
- No, if you want to continue charging the linked account customers, or if you want to review the linked customers before deleting the charge.
To review which of your account customers are linked to the charge you want to delete, run the Additional Account Charges Report
