When attaching screenshots to a ticket, it is best to avoid adding customer personal details when possible. This ensures that you are protecting the privacy of your customers.
You can use Snipping Tool, MS Paint, MS Powerpoint or many other programs to quickly cover the personal details of your customers.
For example, in the screenshot of the Dispense Form below, the name and address of the patient has been concealed.It is also a good idea to regularly change your password to the Minfos Help Centre. That's why you will be prompted to change your password every three months.
