This article is intended for Minfos Pilot stores only. It contains new functionality that is not generally available at this time.
Scrypt Pay is a payment platform that enables customers to pay for purchases via a link sent to their mobile device. Customer Account Payments may not be made via Scrypt Pay. This article will explain the process of enabling Scrypt Pay in Minfos.
Note Pharmacies must register with Scrypt Pay prior to enabling Scrypt Pay in Minfos. Ensure you have the configuration/setting details provided by Scrypt Pay before attempting this process.
1. From the Minfos Launch Pad click Special.
2. Select Utilities.
The Utilities module is displayed.
3. Click Config and select 1. Shop Configuration.
The Shop Configuration window is displayed.
4. Click General.
5. In the Scrypt Pay panel enter the Client ID provided by Scrypt Pay.
6. Enter the Client Secret provided by Scrypt Pay.
7. Check Enable Scrypt Pay.
8. Click Test Credentials.
The connection between Minfos and Scrypt Pay is checked and if successful the Connection Successful message is displayed. Continue to Step 9. 
If the Connection Unsuccessful message is displayed, perform these troubleshooting steps:
a. Confirm the Client ID and Client Secret have been entered correctly.
b. Confirm that Midas is running.
c. Click Test Credentials to retry the connection.
9. Click OK.
The Scrypt Pay settings are saved and the Shop Configuration window is closed.
You can now process Scrypt Pay sales.
