PBS scripts are automatically excluded from accruing credit card surcharges when these scripts are sold at the till. Refer to Set up Credit Card Surcharges. 

You can configure Minfos to apply the credit card surcharge to the full transaction.

Update the configuration

From the Minfos Launch Pad:

1. Click the Special menu and select Utilities.

The Utilities module is displayed.

2. Click the Config menu and select 1. Shop Configuration.

The Shop Configuration window is displayed.

3. Click the Till tab.

4. Check the Apply credit card surcharge to PBS scripts checkbox.

5. Click OK to save.

6. Close the Till module on all workstations for the configuration setting to update at the Tills.

Example Till Transactions

With Apply credit card surcharge to PBS scripts unchecked (default behaviour):

  • The CC Surcharge is calculated on the non-PBS items in the sales basket

With Apply credit card surcharge to PBS scripts checked:
