Refer to Dispense from a National Residential Medication Chart for more information on dispensing from an NRMC.

 - indicates no Stop Date has been entered (default)

 - indicates a Stop Date has been entered

• The date entered in the Enter Stop Date window cannot be earlier than the dates entered in the Chart Date and/or Rx Date fields. If it is the following Enter Stop Date error is displayed. Click OK to close the error and enter the correct Stop Date

• The date entered in the Enter Stop Date window cannot be earlier than the date of dispensing (Z. Dis. Date), if it is the following Enter Stop Date error is displayed. Click OK to close the error and enter the correct Stop Date

• If the date entered is after the Medication Chart would have expired the following Enter Stop Date warning is displayed. Click OK to close the warning, you can save the date and continue with the dispensing

• Once a Stop Date has been recorded when subsequent dispensing's of the item from the medication chart are dispensed, Minfos will refer to the Stop Date
  • If the date of dispensing (Z. Dis. Date) is equal to or after the Stop Date, the following Medication Ceased prompt is displayed

• If the Stop Date is incorrect, the dispenser can correct the date (following the date rules above)
• If the Stop Date is not changed, the dispensing cannot be completed
• The Stop Date can be added at any point for the life of the medication chart
